KC Roofing did an excellent job for me. After a free inspection and finding wind and hail damage, Greg Thompson walked me through filing an insurance claim and handled every aspect of the project. He was informative, available at all times, and wanted to provide the best customer service. The job was completed in one day as promised and the clean up was great!! Our experience with K and C Roofing LLC was exceptional. Josh Cates was our first contact with this company when he did a free inspection. He was conscientious and thorough. His report included pictures which helped to explain the problems he saw. Josh was honest in his appraisal of the situation and displayed concern for our needs and what he thought would be best for us. He was willing to take the time and we never felt we were being pressured to make our decision immediately. Knowing the expense of a new roof, Josh was able to explain options for payment including their financing program making sure to include our home owners insurance as there was evidence of storm damage. In fact, Josh willingly worked with our insurance company providing detailed information concerning the work needing to be completed. Josh remained our contact person throughout the process helping us select the color and grade of shingles, informing us of delivery dates of materials, and any changes in scheduling due to weather conditions.
The work was completed in one day as promised. The crew displayed teamwork, efficiency, a knowledge of the work process, and a sense of responsibility and care for our property at all times. The final clean-up was performed well, leaving us to enjoy our home.
