I liked the quality of the windows. The windows are solid. There is no rattling on the cold windy days. You cannot feel cold air or drafts from around the windows. K-Designers delivered the quality product, answered all our questions, and did everything they promised.

First not take 2 years to get back to a customer and when something planned don't cancel 3 times and make that customer wait for 4 months after that

Many areas of this direction no returning phone calls the 12 month interest loan really turned out to be less than 10 months because all you submitted things to the financial company upgrade. Your installer was good dean from an accounting I think was the only person that really returned my call Rusty. Maybe he needs direction on how to work voicemail. Alex classic sales person says this says that a lot of misleading and never follow through. He got the contract he got his money he moves on classic.

Although we like the quality of the product and the installation, customer service - especially followup by our salesperson - is lacking. Also, I still have no paperwork showing details of our project purchase. All I have is an amount due according to the lender.

We were very direct with salesman about exactly what we wanted with replacement window. Was to be a tear out, 3 pane window ( 1/4, 1/2, 1/4), with very low profile trim. What was installed, was very bulky 1/3, 1/3, 1/3 window, with very thick trim that obscured our beautiful view of the countryside.

Installed a broken framed window back in June still waiting for the replacement, they have the wrong locks and latches, still waiting for 2 screens

Installers didn't bring all parts required and argued about whose fault it was. Still don't have screen for sliding door that they said they would bring next time they were in town.

Thay tore my screen on windows, pulled out electric out of wall and didn't say anything, destroyed some of my foundation, couldn't speak English vary well.

After we finally got an instillation appointment on Memorial Day weekend, one was missing a screen. I have been in contact with Dean, and I have not heard any more about them getting a screen installed. It is now almost October. Even if they would ship me the screen I would get it installed on my own.

Pretty typical process. Felt slightly over priced for end result.

The only reason I would rate them a six or seven is because I would not suggest them to anyone anyways.

First off, I was told it was a lifetime guarantee on the siding I had. Above the windows looks like crap. One of the guys said he was going to tell them at the office and have them fix it, but nothing happened. They put the downspouts in and crimped it and it looks like crap to make it long enough to go down to the ground. The window is too small, and they had to build it up and now it does not match the two side windows.

No, I would not recommend to a friend.

We have never had a shower,we love the shower heads that Marty suggested that rains down softly and the hand held separate shower head makes it easier to wash down the tub and walls. Very easy to keep clean! Everyone we have shown it to have been very impressed!5

When they first started, I noticed that they put a shower floor in. I asked where the tub was, and they said I didn't get a tub. When the salesman put it into the computer, he put it in as a tub-shower combo, but it only showed up as a shower. He didn't double check it, so we had to wait longer to get the tub in.

Additional Comments - I am too old to be "snowed" and too old to be "wowed" and I flat out told Alex that information and that I wanted only the facts to my questions, that I could look on the internet and see what a good or bad company you were and did not need the sales pitch. He listened, he heard, and still managed to sneak in a few extra tidbits of information about your company without boring me, making me irritated, respected my time and over all was a fantastic sale.

I totally understand the changes that were happening at your company. I just got caught up in the middle of those changes. I have now had my windows in a month and I can tell a difference. I would likely recommend K-Designers to a friend. I think with Rusty leading the way this company could do some great things.

I think you should confine your remodeling to baths and showers. You indicated you would provide help finding the vanity and I basically had to find it myself. you did then install it properly. A series of events caused the whole remodeling process to take an extraordinary amount of time. Plans for completion occurred only when I called your office. The bathroom looks OK. We should have included the floor in the plans but I agreed not to.

The work was great but I got so many run arounds, and I was told different things that weren't true. They ended up doing what I was told they were going to do but the whole process of getting things done was stressful not worth it.

The guys doing the work were amazing. Window quality was close to what could be bought at Menards or Home Depot. Storm door was decent quality.

The sales guy Carlos was very knowledgeable and took time to answer questions. The crew did a good job and much quicker than I expected.
