I had six windows installed and was guaranteed that they would not leak. I’m very disappointed to say every window installed LEAKS. Now I can get no one from the company to respond and I stopped making my monthly. Windows look great but the quality is not there. I have other windows to replace but don’t know as I will have them installed by the same company. So chances of matching what I already have installed are probably slim.

The workers were professional and courteous.

First installment was incorrect. Second installment needed repairs already.

Good up front but poor communication once the job started and no contact post completion of the job.

The two men that installed our windows are professional engineers who work to make any problem fixable. They can do anything and then explain the window operation each one all 10+sliding door you can use us On any commercial you have

I'm not sure about a couple of things that I noticed upon further inspection, but I don't know how to explain it.

The project was completed very efficiently

Windows slide so easily and able to clean some from the inside.

When concerns were brought up they were said to be looked into but no response happened and nothing changed.

Wouldn't want my friends to have a similar experience.

Took to long to finish the project. Had me connected to Upgrade to payoff the project in 12 months with a interest free loan. Upgrade was impossible to work with.

The technical knowledge and professionalism of my salesman, who showed me advantages of your product, compared to others i had looked at. There was a huge price difference also. K-Designers products are superior in design to the competitors, at a lower cost.

We were recommending to neighbors in the begining unfortunately the experience turned south and has continued to be a struggle so our recommendations have stopped. From the workers not showing up to complete the work to sub par instillation and workmanship. We were very impressed with the presentation that was presented to us about the quality that was to be expected. However from the time the work began to the "completion" it has been a difficult journey. I fell we have stayed very patient through this process however I am very disappointed in the results.
