As a first time homeowner who hasn't grown up in the US or maintained single family homes, I was unsure of how to get an asphalt shingle roof replaced. John's quote, which I got from the realtor who sold me the house, was comprehensive and very detailed. John was very patient and professional with me as we went through the whole process (selecting a roofer, scheduling the roof replacement, having the roof replaced and then registering the warranty). Everybody I spoke to had spoken highly of John's work and John's quote, while being very competitive, was also on the mark.His team came out on the specified days and did a great job of replacing the roof. John was available to answer any questions and concerns I had. At the end, he personally did a walkthrough and had his guy fix some last minute items. His team also hand cleaned any debris and my lawn was left spick and span.I am recommending John to all my family and friends who want to replace a roof. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5. For example if the "Communication" question is at 95% satisfaction that means that 95% of survey respondents answered that question with 4 or more stars out of 5 possible stars.More about surveys
