Dale responded immediately to my initial inquiry and when we met, he paved the way by listening to what I had in mind for my deck, offering it up in a drawing - AND he added ideas along the way. He brought in landscaping (rather than me having to find a landscaper) and followed up with me during the process. The guys who arrived to build my deck were professional, exacting and accommodating. Everytime there was a question, we received a good, well-reasoned answer given in terms that we could understand. This was very important as we are NOT savvy to many things that go into the detail of the work we requested. The staff at the house always had a "good morning" when we saw them and took time to chat a little without extending the time needed to complete the project. We have already recommended Juranek Home Improvement to others and will continue to doing it.

It took a little longer to complete our project than anticipated, but that was due to problems found that were not anticipated. The stall explained the problems and the options and the amount of time needed for corrections. We felt they were very thorough in their explanations and the options with recommendations.

Areas Of Satisfaction - We had siding, eaves, soffits, facia, and downspouts replaced; an old front porch removed with a new porch with a ramp and railings, installed; as well as a ramp placed in our garage entrance into the house.
