The tub walls are too high. They’re hard to get in and out of for me and my wife salesman did not specify this.

I must admit my original contact with Joyce was beefy satisfying and very professional My only problem which makes me hesitate is a small follow up to complete the job. The craftsman who did the original job was on time and did the job in three days. On the final day he realized that he was short the quarter round necessary to finish the floor. He assured the company would be in contact with me for a schedule to finish the job. He told me it would be a very short job lasting a minimum of time. I waited a week then contacted company. I was then told they were scheduling the job. I was then told they would be here last Tuesday and I waited almost a full day with no call from the company. Since then I still have bathroom floor that is not done. But my check has been cashed. Right no I am in the Carolina’s on vacation but still no contact. I hope this doesn’t become a little problem with bigger argumentd

The shower doors are junk. They are cheap. It is not a good door. The color of the shower surround thing is ugly. I know they have marble looking lines, but some looks like cracks. We hat to give a negative rating. Another thing is the kids that did it was awesome! They did wonderful. He cracked the tile on the floor, and we weren't planning on changing the tile.

I was very satisfied with the work, the professionalism, and the quality.
