They were very professional and had a great price. They were very friendly as well and I couldn't recommend them enough.

The communication was not great from the time we signed the contract to when the building began; there was little to no communication that we didn't initiate on my end. This could be the reason the salesperson is not there anymore.

They came when they said. They did the work on time, and we are pleased with everything they did.

The team knew what they was to do

The door and storm door are fabulous and I get many compliments on them, they are sealed really well, the doors before them were not sealed at all and didn’t look anywhere as nice as the ones you installed. The installation was done in a superior manner. I am very happy plus I may have an interested party after seeing my doors.

The product, windows, is excellent, and the installation was excellent.

I had no issues with the Joyce installation crew. They were great installers who did an amazing job. Our issue is with the finance company. We were told by the salesman that if we signed the contract that day, that he could offer us several discounts. When we got our invoice, none of the discounts were reflected on it. The finance company reached out to Joyce. Joyce would not honor any of the discounts promised.

Recently had bathroom done and a piece of the flooring has a flaw in it. Requested it be replaced and Operations Manager Ed Christoph said they would replace at MY COST. I didn’t feel I should pay for that. Suggested to Ed if I could contact the flooring company and he said he wasn’t sure he could do that and will have to ask HIS manager. Still waiting to hear back- it’s been about 2 weeks.

I would recommend this company because of the quality of the work also like to thank the knowledgeable sales staff and employees.

The cost ,the quality of the windows, the installers were great! We will be buying more windows in the future.

The lady that came out and spoke to use in beginning was polite. We had a nice time talking to her and she worked with us. The installers were very nice gentleman. It was a father and son duo. We could not have asked for anything better.

They were extremely professional. They showed up on time, and did an extremely good job of cleaning up afterward. They were qualified and easy to work with.

Two other quotes were obtained before signing with Joyce to replace 10 windows and 1 entry door. The windows are high quality and well-installed. The company used by Joyce to make the steel entry door (ProVia) is also of high quality. So, I will be recommending Joyce replacement windows and doors to others.

From start to finish, to the installers and everyone was top notch. There was a delay from the hurricane, but it wasn't their fault. They kept me up to date and I was very impressed.
