The lady that came out and spoke to use in beginning was polite. We had a nice time talking to her and she worked with us. She helped us by not doing as much as we wanted in the beginning to get a lower price since we are elderly. We did not want to go into debt. She was very nice about that. The installers were very nice gentleman. It was a father and son duo. We could not have asked for anything better.

They were extremely professional. They showed up on time, and did an extremely good job of cleaning up afterward. They were qualified and easy to work with.

Two other quotes were obtained before signing with Joyce to replace 10 windows and 1 entry door. The windows are high quality and well-installed. The company used by Joyce to make the steel entry door (ProVia) is also of high quality. So, I will be recommending Joyce replacement windows and doors to others.

From start to finish, to the installers and everyone was top notch. There was a delay from the hurricane, but it wasn't their fault. They kept me up to date and I was very impressed.
