Too much of a hassle. See below.
The review I gave the company was not positive. We had problems with the office staff. The company encourages reviews even if they are negative, so if there is a problem it can be corrected. Funny that most of the replies from the owner are for positive reviews. It seems to me that the owner should be more concerned about correcting the problems that cause negative reviews instead of saying "hooray for us we did something right". I can see that the problems with this company start at the top.
I was told a team would show up and be done in 2 days. One guy showed and took 4 days.
Installer was great and personable...knowledgeable and would recommend to other. Quality work. Only thing i would say is the finance part would b to have choices. 1 year no interest then shoots to 15% after that leaves the owner to scramble after a year to find a different way to make payments.
The work was excellent. The people were excellent. It was an excellent job from start to finish.
It was excellent from beginning to end. I would use them again and I would recommend them. It was superior quality, superior workmanship, and they were very professional. The installer got the job done in one day.

Their quality assurance of the product is okay. The installation and the scheduling of installation is very poor.
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with regarding such an expensive product. The sales person Mitch was incompetent to say the least. He sold us a upcharge item and tried to give us an inferior one in its place, then I was blamed for his mistake. Keep all your estimates and paperwork to insure there is no bate and switch done with your order. The supervisor Jason was just as rude, blaming me for the mistake. In addition, they did not send all the panels needed to finish the job, and tried to say we had it somewhere in our garage. In other words accusing me of trying to steal a ceiling panel. Really? Not one person, with the exception of the independent installer, was courteous, concerned or appreciative of our business. Do not waste your time with this company, there are much better ones out there. ,

I was amazed at how clean the site always was. When they left it was like no one was in my house. They had to remove a cast iron bathtub and did so without a mark on my walls. Very professional and respectful.
They installed the wrong parts, and they still haven't fixed it after 3 attempts. There are scuff marks in the tubs as well.
We were very satisfied, they were wonderful.

It is great. They did a great job.
Everything about the sales was fine. The measurement were fine. The schedule was on time. The installers were surprising. I had to ask them to put on their mask. One of the installers wore a Trump mask, which didn't bother me but I thought he should have worn something less controversial. One of the other installers didn't even have a mask with him. I had to pull a mask out of my stash and physically hand it to him. I felt that they weren't respectful of my home.
They were friendly, professional, and responsive. I am pleased with the craftsmanship and the professionalism of the installers. I was well taken care of. They are a well-structured company and I knew who I needed to contact with issues. They respond in a timely manner.
I am totally satisfied with my new windows, they really show well and are very well manufactured. My home has never been warmer not to mention is now totally draft free. Joyce went above and beyond, starting with the install team. They were courteous and kept the house spotless during install. I couldn’t believe that they installed 14 windows in 6 hours, and the craftsmanship was spot on. I couldn’t be happier and have spread the word knowing that satisfaction can be found. Windows are a very significant home improvement, both cost affective and appealing to the eyes. My thanks to all of Joyce who made this all possible.
The installers were excellent. I have never had any installers so neat, clean, and friendly. They knew exactly what they were doing.
They were on time, they did a good job, and they were knowledgable.
I have to have all work replaced
This is the first follow up for anything from Joyce Factory Direct, so they haven’t reached out before now to see how the project went. My window frame is crooked, there was tons of waste left under my shower (I have access through another room) my drain, handle and shower head aren’t centered in my shower or on each other at all. The installer sealed my 1960’s rusting vent to the wall (which if they had to have sealed it I would have liked to purchase a new one first). Overall, I’m definitely more upset than happy with this project.
Joyce Factory Direct was very professional and did the work very well.
The installer came 4 1/2 hours later than I was originally told. The shower walls had no grout lines as stated in the contract. The shower bar is permanently installed too high. Shower curtain and liner doesn't keep water inside. When I told them about the problem, their answer was to buy an 84 inch shower curtain!! That would be 10 inches longer!! I'm happy with the tub to shower conversion but I didn't get the look I was promised.
