John was knowledgeable of the materials and work necessary for our project and respectful and professional every time he came to our home. Heidi was very patient and clear in all of our interactions about contract and billing. And Alex (our site manager) did a great job communicating with us daily the steps and processes. I will warn anyone though, with the current market what it is, this was NOT a quick process. We waited months for work to start, but it was worth it to know our house was in good hands. We had our siding and windows replaced and we were initially nervous at the scope and cost of the project but quality workmanship and the personable customer service made this process a lot less stressful!

From beginning to end, John Anderson Contractor kept me informed on the progress of our work. While there were unanticipated problems with the structure and previous work done by others, JAC was able to rectify the problems and keep the whole project on schedule and on budget. And it all looks great! Absolutely no hesitation in recommending JAC to others. We already have neighbors and strangers asking for the name of whoever did our work. We can answer with a smile!

Searching for a contractor to do the siding on my house was a nightmare. I must have met with 10 different contractors before I finally found John and Heidi. I expected quality work, but honestly, I can't say enough good things about how positive the experience has been with John Anderson Building Contractor!! John is an extremely diligent contractor, and when he says he is going to take care of something, he does. I trust him, and that is a great deal to say about a contractor. In these days, with many scammers out there, it was comforting to know that I was dealing with a company that would back up their promises, do the job right, and treat us fairly. John is very professional, has great knowledge from his years in the business, and cares about the quality of his work. The workers he sent to our our to re-side the entire house were also, very professional, diligent, and respectful when talking with us. Before they left each evening, they cleaned up the jobsite very well. We never had to worry about driving over loose nails, etc. We could not have had anyone more professional, diligent and honest than John Anderson Buiding Contractor, Inc.

John and his crew are incredible! We ran into multiple problems which they were able to resolve in ways that far exceeded any expectations. It was a pleasure to have them working on my house and the price was extremely reasonable. They are very hard working and professional in all aspects of the job. The office manager is delightful to work with regarding billing, ordering, and scheduling. There was a steady line of communication between John and us keeping us constantly updated on everything. There is no salesman as John himself comes to evaluated and estimate the project. When we weren't sure of which product to use, he would advise us and bring samples so we could make an educated decision. He is also the project manager. Alex is his foreman and is very skilled and pleasant to work with on a daily basis. The crew cleans and sweeps at the end of every day. In short, they are wonderful!

John and his whole team did a great job on our project which consisted of new windows, new hardy board siding, and a renovation of our back deck. James ran a great workplace on site, and Heidi handled the office side very efficiently.

Mr. Anderson was very thorough and provided several options we could proceed with. They were always punctual, paid attention to detail, and completed their work on time. After the work was done Mr. Anderson came by to make sure we were happy and even found some small issues that needed to be corrected that I didn't see. They made sure we were completely satisfied. I cannot say enough good things about John Anderson. From start to finish he and his crew were the definition of "professional." Starting with a comprehensive bid that clearly stated the costs of my siding project to the final follow up and inspections with city inspectors, I could not have been more pleased. He also went above and beyond when he discovered that a previous installation of all of the windows in my home had been done improperly. He actually went to bat for me with the company that did the shoddy work in an attempt to make them honor their warranty.
