JN Roofing goes above and beyond and gives roofers a good name. I went with them because several of my friends used them and were very happy. I got three estimates, and theirs was fair; it was in the middle. I did my research, but the greatest comfort was that they went above and beyond with emails and visits to help me FINALLY decide and answered all of my questions. From the receptionist to the office manager to Mike, with the quote and samples, everyone was on board. One of the other companies couldn't care less. They didn't try to persuade me to get the roof done, but laid out facts and told me that, at the end of the day, it's my choice. I trust them. They put in a lot of time and energy into this project. Amy and the other office staff were great. I love my finished roof. God bless Mike. They were at the home show and did a wonderful job. While I was working with them nothing seemed to bother them.
