Job was done in a timely manner, team were hard workers

I was in a rush to have my roof replaced due to my travel commitments and had to have the job completed within a week. J.M.K. assured me that the job would start and finish on time. J.M.K. did the work exactly as quoted. We are very pleased that they were able to perform the work on time and within my schedule constraint. The crew was very courteous and communicated with me effectively. JMK's crew worked very hard and worked from early morning to sundown. I watched this crew throughout the project and can say their craftsmanship and attention to detail was top notch. The new roof is laid right and looks very nice. They cleaned up every day when they were finished for the day. I've had some bad home improvement experiences in the past so I tend to stick my nose into everything that a hired contractor does to my home. So working with JMK was a breath of fresh air. The entire organization from Sales to the Owner to the Crew were a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend JMK for your Home Improvement needs.

J.M.K. Contracting, LLC is a highly professionally run roofing company. The owner has a team of highly, qualified professionals from the sales person, to the hands on workers, to his office person. The whole process from speaking to the sales person to making the final payment and obtaining a my warranty was a smooth process. The workmanship is outstanding. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking to have a roof replaced with a quality system.

What was sold was not necessarily what I got

The sales people were outstanding, we met several times. The crew did a great job in a timely manner.

There should be somebody on the crew that speaks English. Not that I had any complaints with their inability to communicate in English, but there were times when I felt we should be saying something to each other. They did not understand some of the things I was saying, and since I don't understand Spanish, I didn't understand what they were saying. They should have someone working full time that can speak English.

They were a very professional company. They did a great job! They worked late and hard. The workers are great!
