Crew and management were courteous and professional, job was finished in a timely manner and fit /finish issues were dealt with properly. Overall a good experience. Communication with the company representatives was good and response time more than reasonable.

I highly recommend J. L. Fox, Inc. They were very thorough, and they took their time and explained everything in detail. Easton was great as a contractor. He went beyond his duty. I went along with everything he did and recommended. Kelsey, the home designer, was excellent. She gave me a lot of good suggestions. She liked my ideas that I picked out, but I felt she had a good eye for color based on schemes and how things looked. Everyone including the office staff were all professional. I am very happy. They did an excellent job. Everything turned out the way I asked it to. Easton was an excellent contractor. He was very nice, professional, explained everything thoroughly, and followed up with me. He showed me everything with his illustrations on the computer. Easton did everything I wanted as well as suggesting other avenues as well.

The workers were very personable, very hard working. He had to match the texture on a patched ceiling, and did so VERY well - several people have noted that they cannot find the sections replaced. I have already recommended you to them for some work in their home.

MY INSURANCE COMPANY LOW BALLED EVERYTHING THAT WAS FIXED IN MY HOUSE.I NOT ONLY PAID MY 1,000 DEDUCTIBLE I HAD TO PAY J. L. FOX 7,980.90 TO THEM BECAUSE MY INSURANCE COMPANY WOULD NOT COVER THIS AMOUNT BECAUSE OF THE DEPREDATION OF MY HOUSE. I TURNED IN A CHECK TO THEM THAT WAS MONEY THAT I SHOULD HAVE GOT BACK BUT NEVER DID 674.36 ! WHY!!!!!!

J.L. Fox, Inc. was extremely professional, responsive, and helpful in assisting with the insurance company and making sure my claim was fully completed. We are very happy with their professionalism and response turn-around time.

J.L. Fox charged me double what the insurance claim paid. I was told by Kelsey at J.L. Fox that I would be reimbursed with supplementary payments from State Farm after I paid J.L. Fox. State Farm asked for documentation for the supplement. J.L. Fox did not supply that information. State Farm, again in November, asked for documentation. J.L. Fox did not respond. State Farm closed out the claim, and I was stuck with a bill of over $3000.00. I would not recommend J.L. Fox.

The contractor who came, as well as the workers, were good. They did good quality work. The timeline was delayed, therefore there were two parts.

The only problem i have is the supervisor would let me know the weekly schedule and that was great but then too many things would happen people would get hurt or not show up and it just seemed like my project was put on the back burner compared to other jobs. I didn't know if it was because J L Fox just didn't have enough employees or what.
