The whole team at Jimmy's was fantastic. They helped us through a very trying time when a tree fell on our roof. From the initial tarping to the completion of our brand new roof, they were timely and professional. They even raked leaves on our property and took care of some unwanted garbage/debris that was not within the scope of work.

Overall, I am pleased with the finished product, the crew, and workmanship. Pros: The initial appointment for our consultation with Andrew very good as he was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. The installation crew led by Tim was outstanding and exceeded my expectations. The crew was polite, professional, courteous, and on-time. They got the job done ahead of schedule, cleaned the area thoroughly, made every effort to ensure the quality of the workmanship. The roof looks great and so far even with weeks of rain, there have been no issues. I don't anticipate any problems. Cons: Lack of communication - There were scheduling delays due to weather and I was not informed by anyone from the office. I understand that weather delays are common but the client needs to know so they can adjust their schedules especially those of us who work from home. There was also an internal error in the invoicing that no one from the office informed me about. When I noticed it about a month later, I contacted the office for an explanation. It was eventually resolved and I am happy with the outcome but someone from the office should have let me know about the error. Overall, I would recommend Jimmy's Roofing for their excellent workmanship and installation crew.
Justin was an excellent foreman of his crew. They worked long and hard. Excellent work ethic and Justin was easy to work with.

Three weeks after Jimmy's Roofing installed our roof, we had a 70 mph wind storm that lasted all day. Our roof was not affected whatsoever. However, several of our neighbors had roofing problems.
