I was disappointed that Jensen's did tell me upfront that they subcontract their work and that the crew that came to my house was not Jensen employee's. There were a couple of places left in-caulked. Instead of having the areas fixed, the supervisor told me what kind of caulking to get to fix it. Jensen's wasn't going to inspect final work. I had to request someone to come over and inspect final work with me.

I felt well taken care form the assessment to the finished product. Although I did not talk to the owner, I saw someone from the office check in with them, as well as the contractor and the painter, so I knew the owners were hands on.
