Quick and reliable. Professional work and courteous interaction.
When Jenkins Restorations left, I initially gave them a glowing review with the Better Business Bureau. But since then, the paint is peeling, not all the baseboards are painted, and the bathroom has drip marks on the walls. The paint looks pretty shabby because it is peeling.
It took them 2 and a half months because they were short on people
The work performed was excellent, and the process was great. However, the billing was a nightmare.
Strongly agree
I found it unnecessary for the dry out since the floors had to be torn out.
Very please wit the service.
When Jenkins Restoration came out for water mitigation I was informed by the owner that they also handle home repairs. I figured I would call USAA and let them know that Jenkins Restoration was also going to handle all repairs of the house. Well after meeting with the person in charge for repairs, I was informed that repairs should be completed by November. Then things happened within the company and no one took over when he left Jenkins Restoration. So now my project got pushed back to December. I was already living in a hotel with two kids and two dogs so that wasn’t very fun, but I said ok and just wanted the project done correctly. Well after a few missed phone calls and no responses to my emails from Jenkins, my home project was not completed by December. Then January, then February, and finally finishing in March. Now around the end of November the Military moved me to VA, so being 5 hours away from the house to check in was not an option. Jenkins has done an amazing job when they work, but finishing my project in a timely manner and communication was not on their side.
No action to fix
Prompt, courteous, did what they said they were going to do.
They have fast and productive services.
I felt like Jenkins Restorations got paid first and put me second. That may not be the case, but that is how I felt.
I had a lot of issues with Jenkins Environmental Services.
I would not recommend Jenkins Restorations to any of my friends. They took my beautiful home, and it looks like a tornado went through it. There are 5200 sq feet of space that I cannot use. I have been living with my grandson, dealing with this. I am disappointed with my insurance and Jenkins Restorations. I am 80 years old. If it was for their mother, they would not do the job like that. There is not enough compassion, and it is sad that they would take advantage of an 80-year-old woman. I have been so angry. But I am looking at people in Illinois and Kentucky who have lost their lives, so I am not so bad. It is what it is. I cannot stress anymore. I cannot be in my home. I hope someone from Jenkins Restorations will understand that they are dealing with real people. It is not just a job.
Work was done quickly, which was good, but we had leak found after they tarped. Quickly in 1st few days, there were holes in the tarp and when another company came to fix things, the initial job and the initial redo of the job, did not seem to have been adequate. So I was not impressed.
They are very well organized and do great work!
Too many times begging for communication. Did not treat us like a valued customer.
I highly recommend them. They were very professional and did excellent work.
NEVER let Jenkins Restoration's staff in your home or place that's getting repaired. They will steal! They were uncooperative to resolve this issue of stealing!
They are very friendly and courteous, and will work with you.
John was excellent. He broke everything down to me and was very responsive to my needs. He clarified everything, and he covered everything to my satisfaction.
Horrible company. Ignored my project for months, constantly lied about timelines, hired a hobby subcontractor to do the work and never followed up. My ceiling is now ruined again because they didn't repair the original problem with the plumbing. Sloppy, low quality work and constant delays to take "better paying jobs"
Jenkins Restorations was the pinnacle of all services I have ever received on my home!! They made my process easy and I would recommend their services. Great Job all around!!!
I was not impressed with the work and the time it took to do the work. It took way too long to do such a half-tail job.
Their team was professional and the communication was top-notch. I was pleased with their craftsmanship.
Great and reliable folks at Jenkins Restoration. They made our experience as comfortable as possible.
The experience that we had with Jenkins Restorations was okay. We had good communication with our point of contact but when they brought in the sub-contractor, it was a terrible experience. We have never worked with a more unprofessional subcontractor. We are still finding things that need to be re-fixed by another individual. We will not bring Jenkins or that particular subcontractor back in. We also recommend to always really read through your quote as the work is being done. We had to update our quote numerous times after finding thousands of dollars of either add ons or work that was not completed by the subcontractor that if we did not review, we would have had to pay for.
They did a great job.
I am very dissatisfied with Jenkins Restoration. A process I was told would take 1-2 days ended up taking 5 weeks. The estimate gave me a litany of items that needed to be done. Then someone would come in and say "oh, does xyz need to be done?" It seemed like there was no communication among the crew just as there was no communication with me. I was chasing down people trying to get a timetable and felt like an imposition. I kept being told "one more day" and then wouldn't hear from anyone. I was told someone would be out there Wednesday and come Friday nobody shows up.
Mold remediation was done timely and professional but the restoration part was a nightmare. It took 4 months to complete my small kitchen. It seemed once they had my business I was not important anymore and was put on the back burner.
Workers were courteous and respectful.
Chose your subcontractor more carefully or have your own direct hires. Not really sure why I used a contracting company just to have a subcontractor do the work. Next time I will cut out the middle man.
Amber was absolutely the best. She got us squared away ASAP and the repair was better than new.
Jenkins Restorations has the resources to get the job done, but they have a lack of communication with their customers.
Jenkins Restorations has made every effort to get our home back to its original state. They have been courteous, professional and responsive to our needs and for that we are grateful.
They were very easy to work with. Everything was completed in a timely manner. Would recommend to anyone.
They did dry out the property ok, but they lost control of the project with their subcontractor and it never got finished.
Very friendly service. They promptly completed my homes repairs. I would recommend them in a heart beat.
I am still waiting for them to come fix the wall they put a hole in.
The roofers were courteous and quick.
The property was completed, but, very unprofessionally. The contractor didn't do what he was supposed to do. I had to follow up to see what was going on. When i called, they would give me excuses as to why certain things weren't completed. Their stories were very inconsistent. They were responsive but not quickly.. I would call and was told one thing, and when that didn't happen, and I had to call back, they were making excuses as to why it wasn't completed.
They were always so cooperative in everything that they did. We had no problems whatsoever. It anything happened they took care of it.
They did a wonderful job and we really appreciated it.
I would like like to congratulate Chris and his crew for the job they did for fixing my house. If I need anyone to come to my house again, I will call Jenkins.
The Jenkins representative said they would repair molded wood under my shower. They tore out my shower and said that it was too big of a job to do and referred me to another company Then they packed up and left me with a hole in my floor and said call them when I get the molded wood replaced (which is what they were hired to do to start with). They were paid in full by insurance money and I cant get it back. NOT RECOMMENDEED FOR ANY WORK!!!
They were very efficient and I am completely satisfied.
Jenkins Environmental did an excellent job. Aaron Cupp was professional, friendly, efficient and thorough. It was a pleasure having him work in and under our home.
Outstanding service here! I am extremely pleased with the end result.
Kelee signed a contract for 150K...then contacted my Mayor (Employer) to see if there was any Grant monies to support my under insured house rebuild of 255K. Why sign a contract if the rebuild cost 105K over the agreed contract. She never told me that the house would be 255K. Not Recommended.
Chris Thornhill is an excellent manager-in-charge. He resolved all issues in a professional and courteous manner.
