Everyone involved did a great job. I am very pleased with the finished product.
Shawn, the project manager, was nice and easy to work with. Tried to accommodate all my needs.
I would recommend Jenkins but would suggest inquiring about schedule and
the structure of the company.

Not a company I would recommend! Initial response and service was timely, but it was downhill from there. Jenkins representative was misleading at best about what was to be done - whether full or partial repair of deck, and other details -- and only explained at last minute. Costs not made clear, and no change-orders prepared even when requested. Material delivery was a real problem - but delays even after material finally came. Phone calls and texts not always returned. Actual workers did not seem to know scope of the job until I asked questions. Also, ordered wrong posts for railing, but fortunately were able to find a replacement. Again, I was not informed until that work was well under way. Tree hit deck in April 2020, I made final payment in August 2021.
Jenkins was fantastic! Jon and Dex came promptly and every day until the work was done, and were courteous, professional and competent. I would highly recommend them
The carpet was finished at 9:15 in the evening. I was surprised only two men were sent. We have a large basement, and they had another job before my job. They had no dinner break so I got them something to eat. They should have planned better. The guys were great, but they should have had help, and we should have not had them here at 9:15 pm. That doesn't reflect on the installers. They hired and only allowed for two men, and had them do another job before ours. It was the carpet people who they got. The installers were very good. I felt bad for them, and they had an hour drive home and an early morning meeting.

The reason for the one star is definitely lack of responsiveness from the Project Manager. Once the workmen showed up, the work was good.
I think they did an outstanding job. They came in on a Saturday and came back on Sunday. They immediately sized up the issue and dealt with it in a very efficient manner. I was thrilled with their involvemnt.
There were a ton of timing issues on my end when it came to the work Mr. Torres had to do on our house. I can't explain to you how delighted I was with his communication, flexibility, and transparency. He was always quick to adjust, made sure to follow up, and I always felt like I was a top priority. I will definitely be recommending Jenkins Restoration in the Framingham area, especially if it means knowing Mr. Torres is the one doing the work.
