This was an insurance claim which sometimes presents headaches. Johnny and his crew made this quick, easy and satisfactory. I would give him 6 stars if I could. As the work was done in less than a day and the quality was fantastic. The interaction and communication was concise and accurate. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone out there. Not very professional and owner have a bad attitude. I asked him why I was quoted for one price and was charge higher. He told me I was cheap and F me. He don’t care if I write bad reviews or report him to BBB.

J&M was responsive, on time, and the roof looks great. We left as they were tearing off the old roof piece by piece and came back to a spotless yard and new roof. They had quite a few guys out and completed the job in a day. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent overall.

The staff was professionally and extremely helpful. We didn't want ridge vent cap on house, we wanted wind turbines. They came out to house to measure area to get the right amount needed. Then we wanted a certain color which was difficult because of the valley shingles. But the owner went out of his way and track some down in another state and had them delivered to our home to be used. I mean to tell you the shingles look great and the wind turbines do too.

They are a very reasonable company and care for their customers.

They are pricey and I know I could have gotten a better price elsewhere, but as far as the quality of the work, I would recommend them.

They did an excellent job. They were professional and took the time to explain the process. I was worried about the look of the roof and they took time to explain the details of the materials and why they looked the way they did and laid the way they did. They were courteous and responsive.
