From the time they showed up at the house and gave me my estimate and the scheduling of it, the work was top-notch; the sales were great. Emily at the office was great. I was away in the military while they did the roof. They kept me informed and sent me some updates through text. We had some of the heaviest rain we have had in years after the installation and it does not leak. It looks great and does not leak.

Someone responded to my initial inquiry promptly. Their initial visit was comprehensive. He even got up on the roof to look around and evaluate the scope of the problem. He took plenty of pictures so I could clearly see what he was describing. The estimates were delivered in person in a timely manner, and the communication leading up to the job date was clear. I am very satisfied with every aspect of working with this company.
