I was very satisfied with the work that they did, but it took nine months to do it. There are still four more jobs to do. The people were very nice and did great work when they could come.
So far everything is good.
I was treated incredibly unprofessionally by their office staff.
My concerns were not a not addressed in a timely manner. When they were addressed, the next person to come in brushed them aside.
They were very professional and helpful throughout the entire process.

Yadi and Vera did a wonderful job from top to bottom. They were spectacular. Tony kept everything on schedule and was there for any questions. The carpenters were also wonderful.
They couldn't work often because they were so busy and slow.
I discovered a water leak at 6:15 in the morning, and by 9:00am ISC was out there to fix it. It was a $7,000 claim, and the first water damage I've dealt with. I had an issue with the linoleum tile that was put down, and they were out within 24 hours to fix the defective spot in the linoleum. They were very, very good.
I had a pipe burst in my home (rental property) and they were the company that did all the repairs. I was very pleased with the service and the quickness of the repairs. Excelent all the way around!
They were extremely professional and they went above and beyond. I had a good experience with them and I would give them the highest recommendation. They were top-notch.
Ultimately we got the job done but not without a lot of angst. Significant issue with the plumber who had a drug problem and his brother who was a hothead. I will give 5 star rating to Chris who was extremely responsive and cared a lot about making things right. The job finally got done and although there were issues with the plumbing after all was done Chris made sure it was taken care of until it was right. I didn’t choose ISC, my insurance company did.
Any kind of a claim is always upsetting, but ISC made the process stress free from start to finish. Every step from clean up to restoration was handled professionally, and promptly. Each team and contractor that arrived was informed in advance of the repairs required and arrived with all the needed materials. Restoration of our home was done with skill, care and quality materials!We highly recommend ISC Services!

Each team member went above and beyond to answer all of my questions. I would strongly recommend ISC Services. They were very helpful.

Chris Locher is the Project Manager for the restoration. He is outstanding in his responsiveness. I really appreciated the opportunity to work with him. Elvis and his team from Neway Construction did the tile work in the bathroom. The tile work is flawless. Everyone else that did work at my home did a great job. It was a long, drawn-out process, but the end result is very good.
