I had four different people come out. The gentleman from Iron Shield Roofing was the nicest and most caring, of all of them.
The representative was very professional. I was not aware of the start date. They had a crew that delivered the materials. Then a crew showed up bright and early the following day and started working. I had two houses that they worked on. They completed it all in one day. Before they left they ensured the premises were very clean. They had another crew come back to get any leftover materials. Someone delivers, someone installs, then someone picks up. To me, that is very professional.
Iron Shield did a wonderful job on our roof! When the original install date was delayed due to bad weather, they were in constant contact and worked directly with us to reschedule in order to accommodate our schedules. The crew was efficient, hard working, and friendly. They went above and beyond when they even roofed the little doghouse to match the main house! Wonderful surprise!

A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5.
