I have utilized the services of Integrity for my roof and siding replacement. They have done great work, fast, and honest.
The work crew was great, I just didn't like the windows.

Integrity replaced my gutters and some of my rotted fascia board in March of 2022. I have no complaints about the gutters, but the fascia board replacement didn't happen as I was expecting. I received a quote for full gutter replacement, 30 liner feet of fascia board, and price per linear foot of fascia if more was needed. No problem, as I was glad to finally find a company that would replace the gutters and fascia board instead of making me find and coordinate two separate companies.
Unfortunately, not all of my rotting fascia board was replaced, and there are a few spots where the fascia board was installed backwards. When I brought these up to the account manager that wanted to close out the balance owed. He stated that he'd talk with the team lead, but the exterior painters I had scheduled to paint would be able to remedy the mentioned items. Unfortunately for me, the exterior painters showed up while we're were out of town, and didn't correct any of the issues mentioned.
We've had significantly heavy rains and gutters have performed well. The initial contact was attentive to my concerns and asks, but the final contact passing the concerns off to my exterior painters wasn't great, in my opinion.
The end result is that I'm going to have to hire another company to come out and perform the work that I paid Integrity to perform. This is unacceptable and I cannot recommend Integrity in the future.
The work is exceptional and they do exactly like they say. The job was delayed by rain but they kept me informed and rescheduled. They go the extra step to make their customer happy. They are straight forward and honest. A fantastic company that I would highly recommend.

They've done two houses for me so far, and both have been great. The installation was good and the cleanup was great.
The crew that did yhe work on my roof were very fast. The work began at 8am and was completed by noon including clean up. The crew stopped to ask me if I was satisfied with the work.
The people were friendly and informative, they answered all questions and explained everything completely. They kept in touch, updating me on each step of the process. The only problem was the weather delays. My roof and gutters look great, they clean up the mess completely as well.
The work was done efficiently, quickly, and correctly. I am satisfied.

They were very honest, professional, and didn’t try too hard to up-sell. When I first called it was about possibly fixing an area of our siding that was coming loose. They let me know that honestly it probably wouldn’t be worth the money to have them come out and we could probably find someone cheaper to just do a fix. However we also didn’t like the design of the siding when we purchased the house, so we decided to redo the entire front to update it from the diagonal crossing in the front to the horizontal that we had integrity do. They were professional and had excellent communication . They also had a very clean worksite and did a great job picking up, which was very important to us as we have two small children who love playing in our yard.
They are good at what they do.

The installation process was well managed. It was a very windy day and the workers took the time and walked distance to pick up the debris blown into some of my neighbors yards. I really appreciate the thoughtfulness.

Very pleased with my new gutters! Everyone that I communicated with was pleasant and friendly. Pricing was in line, and where we expected new gutters/gutter protection to be. Installers were on time, did a great job and cleaned up before they left. We haven't noticed any problems or issues, but know if we do, Integrity will be there to take care of it. We appreciated the whole process and thank you for doing a great job.

I am very pleased with my windows and siding. The work was done in a very professional manner, and looks great. I was contacted frequently about the status of the materials, a start date and during the work to make sure I was pleased. They paid attention to detail and were very considerate with my requests. The supervisor was extremely gracious and made sure everything was absolutely the way I wanted it done.
