Incredible job by Carlos and his team. Carlos worked with the State Farm Insurance adjusters to make sure that my roof was fully paid for and meets Oklahoma code. Example: Oklahoma Insurance Commissioner has a Fortified Home - High Wind and Hail Program that states that the International Residential Code that states it's a minimum requirement that "Asphalt shingles shall be fastened to solidly sheathed decks or to the asphalt shingles manufacturers installation instructions". Basically, this means OSB sheathing on your roof. Plus, this policy states that your insurance company cannot use the "additional coverages" or "additional insurance" clause to deny paying for this requirement. This very large additional cost was covered by insurance. Thanks Carlos.

Incredible attention to details and never cutting corners. Our experience began with an inspection of damages caused by wind and hail and progressed to a complete roof replacement, but not before In & Out Construction and Remodeling made immediate repairs to prevent damage to the interior of our home. Carlos assisted us through the insurance claim process and made sure that the insurance included full OSB sheeting over our existing wood slats so we would get the full Owens Corning warranty. We could not be happier with In & Out Construction and Remodeling.
