There i nothing to make it right ,however i feel like we didn't have a chance from the beginning to keep our homeowners insurance or choose what we needed. We didnt know all the stipulations while buying and i feel everyone left out a lot of information I'm very dissatisfied.

Better communication with where bills are and website logins

When I purchased my home had everything set up. Then a couple months later I get a notice that my policy is being canceled. Called my agent to find out he never finished the paperwork. Was told it was being fixed then nothing. Then I find out he is no longer with the company. Reached out and was told it was being looked at and someone would reach out and have heard back from no one... just getting statements in the mail with no communication or explanation.
