The address was wrong on my policy. Then the phone number was wrong. Then my renter was charged for my landlord policy. Very slipshod work. Details matter.
Our DIC was cancelled because our home was built into a hillside, something that should have been obvious from the beginning since our agent took photos of our house prior to submitting to the DIC agency. We heard this from the insurance agency directly. Not only did the HomeServices agent not get in touch with us to communicate us about it, and help us find other coverage, it has been difficult to even reach them. Trying to cancel the work with HomeServices has been very difficult as well. Would absolutely never recommend working with HomeServices to anyone.
I just started a policy with your company, so it's too early for me to evaluate the quality of the service. As for the onboarding process, it was easy and quick and I received confirmation throughout which was very helpful.

Luciano is the best! He is prompt and even handled my home insurance request while he was on vacation. That to me speaks highly of his customer service skills. Competition is fierce so only way to stand out is to go the extra mile and Luciano is really good at it. This is now my 3rd time working with him. Hopefully, this score gets your attention. It is unfortunate that the survey is not two parts. First, I would give a â10â to my brokers, Luciano Sewell and Dawn Ames. Extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful during an extremely stressful period. In comparison, your Renewal âSpecialistâ, Maria Yanez is, in my opinion, incompetent. She fails to read, understand and respond appropriately. She simply repeats the obvious without addressing the issues/questions. Seemingly takes the easiest path. I have a long thread of emails to support my position if anyone is truly interested.
I talked to an agent who updated my homeowners insurance. I asked about getting quotes for my auto and umbrella policies. He said someone would contact me by email. I expected to get an email from an agent who would get me the quotes. I have heard nothing and it has been over 2 weeks.

I don't know what you do. I think the realtor should be the one to recommend short term homeowners insurance. I think a home owner would be negligent to not have the correct insurance already. So I would tell a negligent homeowner to do whatever their realtor suggested. So, send my realtor an appreciation gift for recommending you so convincingly, that's what you can do. Personally I judge insurance companies by how they handle problems, not by how efficiently they arrange remuneration and subsequent coverage
