My first contact with HP Enterprises, Inc. was Casey Neil. He created the repairs estimate. He was prompt, efficient and clean while estimating the work to be done to repair a broken water line and the mess that it made.The scope of the damage, for us, was a lot. And, the cost to make the repairs was reasonable. I approved the contract. On the day that the work was to start the first man through my door was Pat Roberts. The President and owner of HP Enterprises. This was not a large job by any standard. But, Mr. Roberts made it his goal to see that his employees got off to a good start. I am very impressed with Mr. Roberts and his employees. I would not only recommend HP Enterprises, I would most certainly use them again, if needed.

HP Enterprises was contracted through my home owners insurance to repair the damage caused by a leak. There were 2 phases of work completed. The first team came in and did the initial removing of ceiling and drying out any dampness. Jeffery Harper and the crew were very professional and prompt. All questions were addressed during this phase. The 2nd phase was the repairing and painting. This crew arrived on time, were professional. Marco and Mike were great. They were so nice! They had so much patience with me addressing any concerns and answering any questions I asked. Guy was also really good at addressing my concerns and explaining everything that was getting done. I totally appreciate all the work they did to get my house back in shape.
