First of all- their customer service is excellent. Jim B arrived when he said he would arrive almost a miracle these days. Secondly, he provided timely and detailed advice and follow up. And finally, this was an insurance claim issue.When the initial payment would not cover the entire project, Jim met on the roof with a second adjuster to detail the damages.
After this meeting, the claim was adjusted to cover our needs. Service above and beyond the norm.

Howard’s have been in business a very long time. We had them install awnings for us at one time. We trust Howard’s to do quality work. When we decided to have our roof and awnings replaced, we when directly to Howard’s. Our roof was replaced this past weekend and we are very pleased with the quality of work performed.
