Julio Montano was an awesome contractor. He built everything as we requested. He worked with us when we wanted changes. The price did not change for minor changes. The price only changed when we added on more to the project. (We added patio cover to the garage project). We had very small issue with the driveway and he immediately got it fixed. I highly recommend Houston Painting and Remodeling.
