Horch is a good company with high standards, good preplanning with helpful explanation of alternatives without pressure , and excellent supervision during the project.

We used them for work on our local Friends Meeting two years ago and were pleased then so were confident in asking them to do our cottage. Useful links in picking out shingles too.

We were happy with scheduling and process, but after new expensive metal roof installation I'm left with leaks that were not existing before the job and Horch says they will no longer come to try to fix them.

While we had a pretty big hiccup as soon as we let them know Horch came to assess and then fix the issue. Part of it was their job part of it was a job done at an earlier date. They fixed it all for de minimis out of pocket to us and they even cut us a check for the damage no questions asked. Will definitely use Horch again and you can trust that they will do right by you.
