I was very happy with the timeline for completion and Hoosier Exteriors ability to stay in regular communication with me as this was a non-owner occupied property.

Tyler Dailey came to my home to view the damage of my roof and the need for a fence installation. He came to my home on the same day that the Insurance Adjuster showed up to evaluate my roof. I believed that Tyler's presence and expertise was the reason I was treated fairly and expeditiously. Throughout the process, Tyler was very kind, courteous and wanted to ensure that understood the process. Tyler was extremely courteous, kind and understanding. You will not be able to find a better vendor than Hoosier Exterior, in my humble opinion.

Areas Of Satisfaction - I was extremely satisfied with the customer service provided directly by Tyler Dailey. I was very delighted to have Tyler there at the very beginning when the Insurance Adjuster arrived to review the damage to my roof. I believe that I was assisted expeditiously (check was cut immediately after view of roof damage) due to Tyler's mere presence, skills and industry knowledge.

There didn't appear to be a Project Manager..... maybe 1 of the worker's was the PM but neither spoke English, so there was NO communications. Tyler explained how the installations was to happen but when it didn't he said what was done was an alternative that works great. The only solution to that was a complete redo which was not an option. Tyler promised more than he /his crew could deliver. Really smooth and knowledgeable but reality was less.
