Fast acting service. They make the customer satisfied. They answered questions on time. If we had questions they would answer immediately. Bill Martin was a wonderful guy, and we trust him.

They explained to me to how the roof vent needs to go all the way to the end. They explained how it creates hot pockets if the vent is not very close to the end. I was very impressed with their knowledge and I learned a lot.

It was a pleasure working with Billy Martin and the company. He was extremely professional, did the work in a timely manner and took care of issues that came up in the course of the work.

They did a great job. They found more bad wood more than anticipated and only charged me for the extra job materials and not the labor. I received a completely new roof down the rafters and the owner was on site.

I was very pleased with the new roof. It makes a big difference in the appearance and quality of my home. The work and clean up was professional. The crew took care of something on the roof for me that was not even on the contract. Very nice company to work with.

I was very happy with their work and the quality. What I was not happy with was, I was ensured that I was getting a high wind rating roof, but when my insurance company asked for a wind mitigation form he told me he could not fill out the form.

During the snow storm, my roof melted before everyone else,That shows good quality.

Communication - I want to say, one thing that I liked about the company. The salesman came to speak with us first and when they came to do the roof, they didn't just drop off the workers. There was a supervisor there on site to answer my questions. they didn't just drop them off and run, like I've experienced in the past with other companies before. Billy Martin stayed here with them to guide them. I was very impressed with that aspect of the experience.

Homewerx completed a roofing project to my complete satisfaction. In my opinion this is a well managed company with well trained and diligent workers. The materials used are excellent. I would recommend them for any roofing needs.

I had a very good experience with Homewerx. I am a widow and this was a rental property of mine. The sales rep, Frank Spec, was absolutely helpful. He explained everything to me. I spoke to a couple of other companies but Homewerx was the only company that really put in the time during the sales presentation. Homework was on time for the project. The job took longer than originally planned but they didn't skip a beat. They came right back out the next day and finished up the job. It was a very good experience for someone apprehensive about dealing with a company like this for the first time at 74 years of age.

From the very beginning, when the salesman came out until the owner of the company came out the day they put the roof on, he made sure everything was clean, tidy, and picked up. There was even a flag he thought they had removed it, so he picked it up and put back in the ground correctly. They were efficient and got the job done in half a day. They had a large crew and they worked hard. I was just really satisfied with everything from start to finish!
