Workers did good work as far as I can tell but the people in charge seemed really unorganized. The costumer service was kind of a big selling point from what the inspector told me so this was very disappointing.

Communication was difficult with the crew. After what I paid for the project you would think I would be able to at least talk to someone who could understand me. Always had to wait for Luke Miller (project Manager) to show up and he even had a difficult time.

Very thorough, price was right and the job was completed within a week.

The estimator, project managers and crew were very thorough, skilled and prompt.

We had a leaking roof after a couple days of rain; Home Genius was quick to visit, diagnose the issue, get the work scheduled, and completed.
After the job was done, we had a minor issue with a box gutter leak but Home Genius responded immediately and fixed it. I am very pleased with the communication and transparency throughout the work.

The overall experience was great. The roof was completed in one day and everything was cleaned up before the crew left.

Home Genius Exteriors knocked on my door on a Thursday. I had never heard of them before. They were in the area doing other roofs and giving out free quotes. The next day the salesman met me after work and gave us a no pressure quote. The quote and company were very impressive so we moved ahead with them. The next week I had a brand new roof installed with a 50 year guarantee.

Crew arrived on time, roof was removed and replaced in 5 hours

The project manager’s supervisory knowledge is none. He (Tyler) didn’t even stay on site the first two days. When he did show up on the fourth and fifth day of a one day project, he stayed in his truck the entire time. He never created a punch list. He did not follow up on any of the punch list items that I, yes that’s right the customer, provided to him. He never told the crew on site what was on the customer-provide punch list. He took aerial photos from 50 feet away and thought that was enough of an inspection to determine if water could infiltrate the roof.
The salesman (Anthony) showed me a different gutter hanger than was used. When I asked about the gutter hanger, I was told by the project manager that they don’t use that gutter hanger with leaf guard. When I asked about the gutter hanger to the project managers supervisor (Dustin), I was told that the gutters were hung with the correct hangers. But when the second crew came to repair the gutters, he told me that the gutter hangers, which I was originally shown, should have been used which he used to repair one of the gutters on the punch list. That is called bait and switch.
