I already have. I called Holt for an estimate back in 2019 because we were having trouble with a recurring water spot on our ceiling. Two other roofers had attempted to fix it but the problem remained. Tyler Holt said there was nothing wrong with our roof and he didn't leave until he found the source of the water issue. He was the first roofer to go into the attic and look at it from the inside. He could've just given me the quote. We could've gotten a new roof back then and still had the water spot issue. I canceled all other requests for quotes right then and knew I would be calling Holt when the time came to actually replace the roof.
