All well done
Great company and employees to have in our home. Would definitely recommend if your looking for a trustworthy and professional restoration contractor.
They are quick professional and 100% satisfied!!!
I have had a great experience with HL Restoration. Alan and Steve have been great to deal with. I really appreciate everything the company has done for Lodging Advisory. Thank you
Very responsive and pleasant to work with. They spent the time to understand our needs and the situation. We appreciate their great service!
Alan and his team were superb and satisfied the homeowner completely.
Very pleased with their quick response to original flood damage and performed all repairs to restore my finished basement!
They were very professional and very responsive. We could not be happier with the service.
HL was most helpful and responsive in every way. Dave and Bill are true craftsmen and their work showed it. They are a credit to HL. Corey did a great job of coordination. Kylan was always available to consult on price and had a good understanding of my issues. All and all the HL team did a great job.
The response was fast; the equipment was state-of-the-art; the insurance company paid Alacrity directly; the Kansas City area people were very reasonable to deal with.
I was out of town on vacation when disaster struck. Flooded basement....the HL team was on it immediately while we were driving home for 2 days. They kept in touch, gave at least daily updates with photos so we well informed of what was going on in our house while we were not there. Will definitely use again if needed and recommend to friends and family.
They had all the equipment they needed. It went very well and smoothly. They responded promptly. I was pleased with the work they did!
Two major problems with HLR:1. When cutting into the ceiling of my basement to inspect the water damage, the remediation team cut the water feed line and drenched my basement in water. While accidents happen, water from this accidental cut damaged the wood credenza that my TV sat on. When I tried to work with HLR to resolve the matter, I spent several weeks repeatedly chasing down their project manager only to have them try to replace my damaged furniture with a used (and also damaged) piece sourced from Facebook. I ended up going back through my insurance company - may their subrogation team have better luck.2. When removing drywall, HLR performed a flood cut approximately 4 feet up the wall despite the fact there was clear indicators that there was additional water damage that went up significantly higher on the wall behind the sheet rock. Once the reconstruction team came in to fix everything once dried out, the recon team found significant water damage + biological growth well above where HLR cut, thus necessitating additional work on the recon end.In short, HLR did not perform their duties properly nor did they fix the (significant) mistake that their team made. I recommend to all that they stay away from this company!
At the time of service I hadn't fully reached an opinion, but now that I am in doing the repair work to my home I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the number of corners cut and incomplete work. They created more work for me which translates to higher cost. I can only assume that they were counting on getting the restoration work as well. I will never have them back in my home. At least 20 large trash bags hauled out of my basement with absolutely no idea what was in all of them, I have yet to totally figure my losses since I don't know what was removed.
GuildQuality partners with it's member companies to survey their customers and collect detailed feedback on their behalf. By administrating surveys as an unbiased third party we ensure that customers have the oppurtunity to express their true feelings about a project and that members get the most accurate and detailed feedback possible.
When a survey contains the "Review" question, that customer's answer will show up on the member's profile page as a public review. Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of HL Restoration as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5. For example if the "Communication" question is at 95% satisfaction that means that 95% of survey respondents answered that question with 4 or more stars out of 5 possible stars.More about surveys
