HL Restoration was called in by our insurance agent when a tree limb broke off in a storm with strong winds and made a hole in our garage roof. They did a great job getting the limb off the roof, cut it up, loaded it on their pickup truck for removal and put a tarp on the roof to cover the hole. They also followed up with a reference to a roofer who did a terrific job repairing the hole in the roof and putting on new shingles.
Company was responsive and prompt
The entire team was extremely professional and responsive to our needs. They were courteous and took time to set everything up and clean up when they were done. We also appreciate that they adjusted their estimate (down) for actual work performed.

Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of HL Restoration as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5.
