Everyone was absolutely wonderful! I have no complaints.
They did a great job.
They were very timely!
First time having a problem such as what we had , so I suppose Highland overall did a good job
The project manager made this job difficult. I had constant complaints from tenant about missed appointments and delays.
They were very professional and knowledgeable, and they constantly kept you updated on the situation.
I would highly recommend this group for any of your construction needs! They were knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient. I was very happy with the process and their workmanship. A big thank you to them all!
They came out the day after
They were very good and stayed on the ball.
The people representing Highland Construction are very forthcoming, polite, courteous, and helpful.
Highland Construction took a very long time and worked really slowly. Sometimes they just showed up unexpectedly. They had to come back and go over so of the work they did. They said I could get a new vanity, but changed their minds and reworked the old one. They left a raw edge on the old one. I told them about it. They have not done anything about it so far.
Did a wonder job and kept me update
They were professional, courteous, and prompt.
workmanship was very good but timeliness was not so hot. SEE comments below
Highland was extremely prompt and responsive to all communication.
We experienced excellent customer service from the company.
We felt since are repairs were minimal, we were worked in between other claims.
The water, mitigation or loss mitigation was excellent. Maurice and those individuals were very helpful, quick and responsive. The construction part didnt go as smooth but I am generally satisfied.
Communication was poor and you didn’t even get my name, right.
As a 20+ year homeowner this was by far the worst contractor experience I have ever had, with the exception of the plumbing company
The quality of the work overall was good but the repeated delays in completion caused a lot of disruption in our household.
It was a long drawn out process, but all the crews were great to work with, listened to what I wanted as well as what could be done.
They said it would take one month, but it took seven months.
I could not be happier with the project they did for me. Highland Construction worked with me to get everything completed, so I could sell my house on time. They worked odd hours and responded within an hour of me calling.
I think the people were. The construction that they did was superb. They could not have done a better job. I was very happy.
GuildQuality partners with it's member companies to survey their customers and collect detailed feedback on their behalf. By administrating surveys as an unbiased third party we ensure that customers have the opportunity to express their true feelings about a project and that members get the most accurate and detailed feedback possible.
When a survey contains the "Review" question, that customer's answer will show up on the member's profile page as a public review. Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of Highland Construction as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5. For example if the "Communication" question is at 95% satisfaction that means that 95% of survey respondents answered that question with 4 or more stars out of 5 possible stars.More about surveys
