I would recommend Highland Construction.
They did a great job. The quality is very good.
Highland Construction jump right on the job and did it quickly.
The entire process took far too long. While thorough, I was very clear that I had a deadline a few months away for a window to be repaired. There were literal months wasted in waiting on the initial estimate, scheduling further evaluations, and the change order. Once the project started, it was clear how disorganized the project manage was, as siding had not been ordered and the windows did not fit the custom-built frame for them.
Highland Construction is great!
Excellent work done.
They were untimely and didn't complete the work on time. There was no communication by all parties of Highland construction.
The project manager was inconsistent.
I thought they were great and they took care of me.
The project manager was great, but I don't have as much confidence in the subcontractors.
Everything about my experience with Highland was superior.
They have great customer service and they keep you informed throughout the process!
I only dealt with them over phone, so I can't give a personal experience. The tenants said they were good.
Highland Construction was very good.
Jeff's communication skills are the best
I will not recommend them.
Our experience was good! Some minor details needed to be dealt with. Our project manager, Shane, was there at every turn. If we had questions, he was able to get answere for us right away.
If I need help in the future, whether it is an insurance issue or my own, I will go to them immediately for help.
I was happy with the work they did. They had a positive crew. They kept me informed during the demolition and installation process. They got the job quickly and professionally.
It took a long time to get the job done.
I felt like I was being pressured and they were taking advantage of the insurance company.
They went above and beyond completed the job quickly.
They did a great job.
GuildQuality partners with it's member companies to survey their customers and collect detailed feedback on their behalf. By administrating surveys as an unbiased third party we ensure that customers have the oppurtunity to express their true feelings about a project and that members get the most accurate and detailed feedback possible.
When a survey contains the "Review" question, that customer's answer will show up on the member's profile page as a public review. Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of Highland Construction as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5. For example if the "Communication" question is at 95% satisfaction that means that 95% of survey respondents answered that question with 4 or more stars out of 5 possible stars.More about surveys
