Chris was the tech who came out to assess the work. He explained the water mitigation process, the setting up of the drying equipment, that he would be by daily to check the drying progress and at a time agreed upon, and how long the mitigation process would take. Super personable and knowledgeable. Pleased with the quick response by Hersum and the job Chris did.
