Jose and David were the technicians. They were punctual and professional. They completed the job of removing a blockage in my kitchen sink drain line in less than an hour.
The absolute worst customer service I've ever seen. They kept us waiting for 9 days in hot weather, always promising that they'd be there either that afternoon, or the first thing in the morning. Then they said that they were at the site and knocked on the door. We were all home, and no one knocked. They never even started the job. We ended up getting another service.
Had a backed up Septic tank yesterday and contacted HEP. A few hours later Duane and his helper arrived (very happy to see them). They were very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. They completed the work in a very timely manner. The bill was reasonable as well. I am so glad to have called HEP and that HEP was on the way.
I'm really satisfied with the company and the quality I got with my HVAC. I felt like I got a big discount with the second one. I just recommended someone for a hot water tank, but I never got a thank you or anything for recommending them.

Excellent roofing work!
Jason @ HEP found the real problem with our roof which involved going back to the insurance co to have a past claim reopened. He helped us supply the insurance adjuster with pictures and written appraisals and came to our house to meet with the adjuster. He talked us thru what was needed for a quality built roof while realizing we were working on a budget. When he had to leave for his wedding/honeymoon it was comforting to know we were in capable hands with his replacement who took care of everything involved in the final completion. The crew was polite and worked hard to complete the project and kept a clean work area. All the people involved in our roof project and every HEP project we have had done are the reason why we keep using HEP.
Workmanship, communication and customer service needs improvement.
