I was completely satisfied with the whole experience.

The project was primarily to replace the lap siding on our home. Along with that was replacing the gutters and painting the entire exterior. The project was organized in three phases - siding replacement, painting, and gutter installation. The project manager, Arnaldo, supervised all phases of the project. The quality of the finished project exceeded our expectations. We had great communication with all three work crews. Our questions were answered and our comments and concerns were addressed quickly and to our satisfaction. The area was left clean each day. We were very happy with the attention to detail, particularly with the painting. The siding crew was like a well oiled machine. At the end of the project, there were only. a few minor paint touch-ups needed and they were completed within a couple days. Our project coordinators Lin and Amy were very responsive, as was the owner Bill. We were also pleased with the help that Lin and Amy provided with color selection. We are recommending Hatch Homes to our friends and neighbors and we have received numerous compliments on the quality and workmanship.

Their workers, and those at the project, were very cordial, respectful and we were very pleased and satisfied from beginning to end.

Both the staff and the quality of work were exceptional. The staff was responsive to all concerns on a daily basis. The communication between the company, the staff, the subcontractors. and the homeowner is something I have never experienced. The crew was completely responsive.
