They were quick, efficient, and did what they said they would do. I am not sure what was said between my realtor and Mark, but it was supposed to be a complete tear off, and replacement. They said in the middle there was more wood rotted than what they thought. I ended up having to pay more. It wasn't a huge deal. I had to pay the extra $1500.00 out of pocket, but the speed and efficiency helped with that.
