Guy Roofing is incredible. They worked 14 hours without a break in order to get the job done in one day. They were phenomenal.

My roof was competed in a timely manner by a subcontractor to Guy Roofing and appears to be done well. Guy Roofing, however, is terrible at communication after the fact. My roof was replaced as a result of storm damage and my insurance company choose Guy Roofing in spite of my concerns regarding the reviews on the BBB site. I have received many invoices from Guy Roofing and have reached out to them several times to explain that I paid my deductible in full (they agree with that ) and they need to deal with my insurance company for whatever balance was due. They did that (after many conversations and emails to them) and advised me by phone that the balance was,as I said, paid in full. Today, I got a statement dated 6/19/19 stating there is still a balance owed. Apparently they do not talk to one another and do not follow up as they should. I am happy that there are no problems to date with the roof replacement as I am sure I would have a difficult time getting them to do anything about it.

Guy Roofing is heads and shoulders above every other roofing company out there today. They have the right people, the right training, the right equipment to get the job done right the first time. I met several of their staff during my project, and from the estimator, to the crew doing the work, and the Quality Assurance team who came out and followed up with me and my wife, these folks are the absolute best, and the only company I will trust with my home.

We had multiple problems at both of our houses I had work done at. It was problem after problem. We made appoitnments to give us estimates and they cancelled 3 different times. They said they can only do estimates on a Tuesday. When I called to confirm, they did not include the shed roof in the price. They came out and did the roof and didn't do the shed. They left a lot of nails and did not do a good job cleaning up. Some shingles looked like they were lifting up. The person who delivered shingles drove through our grass and then they denied it. We ended up cancelling our gutters and going with another company.

Guy Roofing showed up late. They performed the work and the roof looks great, but they spent weeks trying to clean up the job site. I still have nails and debris in my hard. They trashed my front bushes, driveway, and yard.

My experience with Guy Roofing was not good. In the changing of representatives, I fell through the cracks and was forgotten. After 2 months, I had to make contact to find out what was going on. Every time it rains, I am still finding roofing nails. Clean up not good.
The front end sales guy Troy was very confident and professional. He understood my jobs and the application. He was good on recommending the products.
They came out to make sure everything was fine. I had walked around the house and picked up nails and nails, and I threw them in the trash can. I have grandchildren, and the man over the ones who put the roof on said he'd have them come back and do that again. He never did come back. I picked up half a bucket of nails. I borrowed a magnetic thing and did it for three days. They really need to check for nails, even where we park the cars.

Just a word of advice- if they come out because the insurance called them to, don't hold them to the estimate/quote they give you. Once they see what the insurance is paying, if more than their quote, they will change the original quote to match the insurance. Personally I think they are ripping off the insurance but not my problem. Also the lady in billing can be a bully.
They exceeded my expectations, and the cleanup was superb.
