I will recommend the product because I love it however, I am very disappointed with the Lednor and I will let them know it will cost them a fee to service the Gutter Helmet.

Happy with the installation but was guaranteed 2 cleanings a year. I’m in need of a cleaning now. I live in a heavily treed area and the wind has been fierce. The area between the gutter and the helmet is clogged with debris

It's nice to have a contractor show up on time, and do the work for the estimated cost. Better yet, the product works as advertised!

Product has good results, much less pine needles inside gutters over this past year, easy to access gutters themselves to vacuum small debris unlike competitors who fasten their products down over gutters.

I wish I could recommend it.

It depends on the type of trees that are near the house and the debris that's deposited. Leaves are fine, pine needles not so much.

Product and installation was good ... but communications and appointment coordination from the office was virtually non-existent. Install crews showed up TWICE to do work without us being contacted for an appointment.

When I saw the final billing statement, half of what I paid, went to sales. $3k for a one hour meeting with a guy who was wearing a leaf filter shirt. I feel ripped off. I’m 80% happy with the gutters. Stuff still gets in and I don’t know how to clean it out.

We used Gutter Helmet by Harry Helmet for both gutter helmets and gutters. Both experiences fell below expectations.

I already recommended GH to a neighbor "lots of options; GH is the best". And, I had GH on my home in Del and had good service experience when it was needed.

Lednor is the most unprofessional and difficult contractor we have ever dealt with. Not only will we never recommend, we’ve already told several friends and family to stay clear of Lednor.

They were very difficult to set up appointments to remove and reinstall when I was putting on a new roof.

I am satisfied with the workmanship.

I wish we had them installed years ago. We had a heavy leaf fall with lots of wind. But our gutters flowed freely.

So far the gutter cover is taking care of keeping out the pine needles and pine cones. This is a great help to me. And the Gutter Helmet looks very nice on my home.

The guys who came to install the Gutter Helmets appeared to know what they were doing. They checked all of the downspouts and secured the ones that were loose and cleaned everything up afterwards.

Installation was very professional. I am worry free about leaves!

Went over my budget during negotiation and hoping it is a worth investment down in the road. I also hope that Gutter Helmet follows through their after installation issues.

Gutter Helmet product is appropriate for specific situations, but I am unlikely to recommend the company due to consistently low quality of workmanship, repeated need for fixes and chronic miscommunications on the part of company representatives.

Theresa passed away on Jan.16, 2022, She was happy with the instillation. Her main concern was safety because she didn't want any of her seven children to go on the roof as we are between 66 and 78 years of age, The house has been sold and the new owners seem happy with itl.

The work has not been done. I am waiting for an appointment. They have removed the gutters so that the house could be painted. I am waiting (over a week now) for someone to call and let me know when installation will happen.

I’m really enjoying the maintenance free aspect of this product. I used to have to clean my gutters 3 times a year. Not anymore!

Not sure that bin would recommend Gutter Helmet to any of my friends. For that matter i would not recommend any of the "keep your gutter clean' products.

When a heavy snow damaged these gutter helmets, they were quick to respond and replace the damaged ones.

I have an issue with a continuing leak by my front door. The wait time for service was over 6 weeks and when i was finally called, their service day was the one day of the month that I couldn't be home. The representative said she would call back within 2 days and it's been over a week and I have not heard a thing. Very frustrated. Also, if this is such a good product, why is there such a lengthy wait time for service?

The first crew they sent out was inept. I called to complain about the work they did and the repair was delayed multiple times. Original crew did not install the helmet correctly on the new gutter; they left my satellite cable hanging down the length of the house and in front of my back door; rainwater leaked on the back deck and over the back door as bad or worse than it did before the installation. When they left, I wasn't sure if they were going to lunch or were done for the day as they never said anything to any of us in the residence. They left multiple gutter fasteners in our yard and our driveway. I would have hated to hit one of those with my lawn mower and send it flying, or run over one with one of our vehicles.

Repair crew finally showed up 3 weeks or more after the installation. To their credit, they apologized multiple times for the workmanship and attitude of the original crew. They fixed the improperly installed helmet and the hanging cable. Since it was a dry day, they tried to reenact the leak with a garden hose on the roof. They could not find the leak and it continues to leak to this day. In their defense, it is in the area of the patio cover over the gutter. For the money I paid, which may not be much to some people but was quite a bit for me, I expected better.

Everyone involved was courteous & professional from the receptionist, sales person & installation crew.. It happened so fast and the site was left immaculate. Only found 1 nail afterwards.

Every thing was great from the sales person to the team that installed it. I am just waiting for a good rain storm to validate its as good as it looks.

The roof crew worked so frenetically fast that I was worried about the quality of the workmanship. I hope all end up well. Also, there is still one deflector of the gutter helmet that was not install on the roof.
