I had a significant challenge with Gutter Helmet regarding workmanship. None of the plywood was replaced even though we had agreed to pay extra $75 for each sheet replaced.
I feel that I got my value for my dollar.

This is a survey which very badly needs a column for "Not Applicable". Other than the salesperson, who appeared well versed about his product, there was nothing more than one phone call regarding the installation and no direct contact with headquarters. The work was started and completed while I was away from the house. The crew did leave a sign on the property, which appears to be a valuable piece. It remains in my garage. Apparently there is no interest in picking it up so I will eventually toss it in the trash.
