Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Provided options to solve the leaky areas without redoing the entire site. Wasn't trying to sell me on unnecessary repairs. I was happy in the quality of the work. The only disappointment was not knowing the final roof color and it not quite matching my expectations. I did not ask, and it was not offered up in the consult, so I recommend others clarify that point in the project details. This particular roof is rolled out in sheets, and I don't believe colors or shades of black are even available, but it would have been good to know in the beginning.
I am happy with the roofing product and installation done by Guardian Roofing. I had several estimates from other roofing companies, didn't feel like they listened, only wanted to get a signed contract as soon as possible. I felt the communication with Steve @ Guardian Roofing was the best. He listened to my concerns and all were dealt with efficiency and respect. He e-mailed they estimate to me and gave me the time I needed to review without any pressure. Guardian Roofing took care of all of the paperwork, permits and inspections(everything passed the first time) from the City. I feel I received a quality product and installation well within my budget and the price I was comfortable with. No add-ons or extra pricing games were played on my roofing job, I appreciated that. No surprises on cost. Everyone was very professional, and did a wonderful job. I am thrilled with my new roof.
I did not like the work and they changed the Utbar and I am not happy.
I have already recommended Guardian to our neighbor.
They provide excellent workmanship, attention to detail, and professionalism.

Guardian was great from the beginning, got a estimate from Dan back in November. Dan did a great job going over options and recommendations. Mario and his crew got the job done in about a week and did a great job. First couple of rains no leaks ( lot of exposed ceiling on this house so leaks are easy to spot) then after the really hard rain a couple of days ago I found one small leak in the garage. I called Mario the next morning and he was out in 30 minutes to check it out and it was corrected the following day. Again I am very please with this company in the job that they did and how quickly they corrected an issue.

I went with guardian roof becasue they were a platinum installer for Owens corning. But not all crews were from Guardian Roof. I wasn't advised of that before starting. Not very good onsite supervision and daily clean-up. Keep finding nails a month later.
Gaurdian not only did a great job with the roof Installation, but they also did a very good job extensive framing, shearing, facia, and shiplap that I requested.
