We are very pleased with the new roof installation by Green Design Builders. David Ramak, project manager, was excellent at communicating with each step of the new roof installation, including many photos from the tear down to completion. The underlayment and shingles are Owens Corning. The shingles we chose are Cool Roof and Energy Star rated and warranty by Owens Corning, with Green Design Builders a Preferred Contractor of Owens Corning. In addition to the new roof we are also very pleased with our new paver driveway installed last August by Green Design Builders. We appreciate quality work and quality products!

David Ramak with Green Design Builders was upfront about the work require and cost to have our roof replaced. We will highly recommend them to anyone looking to have roof replacement. They started with less than one week prior to the huge storm that hit Southern California on March of 2023 and finished with time to spare. The quality of the work done and the conduct of the workers far exceeded our expectations. To anyone reading this the Cost of roofing materials are on the rise and are not expected to come back soon. If your roof is in dire need to be replaced do not hesitate to contact Green Design and ask for David Ramak. He made will take good care of you.
