Job was never finished properly, terrible communication. Thic company used wrong hardware on glass shower door, and never replaced it, even after multiple calls. Owner is rude and threatening with customers. I am very unsatisfied with this job !
The GRC team was fast and efficient. The new tub, surround, and glass doors are an attractive and definite upgrade.
I had a couple of minor complaints. I think the clean-up could have been better. I think they should have all been wearing company shirts or some sort of uniform.
I interviewed 20 contractors before selecting GRC Prime Bath. I found that no one could do everything I wanted within my price range, so it was the combination of what I could provide and what the contractor would do that led me to choose GRC Prime Bath. I have since recommended them to two friends.
I would not recommend GRC to friends or family. I have no complaints about our completed shower but the install process was a series of errors and lack of communication/ follow through. They started the job on May 9th, after tearing out my nasty but working shower, they realized their measurements were wrong and they would have to order the proper size shower pan, they could not give an exact date on the fix. I was left with an open hole and exposed studs in my bathroom. Laurie told me she would contact her sales manager Mike and get back to me the next day, I got no call back and contacted them several days later on May 12th. Laurie then said Mike would call me on completion to offer a discount for the disruption. On May 23rd we were ready for the install. They had not shown up by noon at which time I called again. Laurie said they were tied up at another job and would not arrive til late afternoon. They showed up at around 3pm and worked till 9 pm. I was given the option to delay to the next day but that would cause further disruption to my schedule. I appreciated them working late but this caused distress for my neighbors living on a second story condo. They did not bring the bench to be installed per the contract and had to order that and schedule yet another undefined future service call. The morning of June 6th a regional sales person called and was offering $300 discount for the prior mistakes. That was an amount I felt grossly insufficient considering the delay and disruptions. He said he would call Mike to discuss my concerns and call me back. Later that day they came and installed an upgraded bench(matching the color of the walls instead of plain white) and two shelves, we ordered 3. They would have to order the new one and return for a 4th time the next day. They also asked for final payment with a 5% discount. Mike never called, as I was told, the final price was on a text message to his installer. I paid then as I was fed up with the process. They returned the next day this time at 7pm, again I had to call them to find out where they were. Based on this pattern I strongly feel GRC has no regard or respect for their customer's time or concerns. Just a couple of timely phone calls and the respect to call me to discuss a proper discount and I would probably be another happy customer. If all goes right and they order the proper supplies they will probably do a great job. They are not rude but they are clueless in their response if problems arise. I signed the contract on March 8 they completed the job on June 8. With two full weeks of having a completely destroyed shower.
Poor communication with me. The estimator gave quote quit but I continued to try communicated with the main scheduler. Not happy with what was on the quote did not get done. The vanity sink installed leaked twice and had to call back to fix. Last part of installation was the glass shower doors. I wanted to pay the last payment once tested it that did not leak. The owners main scheduler owner's mom, called wanted payment on my credit card. I told her would pay once I got bill and check shower did not leak. She got owner on line and he was yelling at me in contract had to pay now. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
We were so pleased with our whole experience. It was a pleasure working with everyone involved with our new shower!
Friendly and clean up was well done. I love the new look in the bathroom. I like the idea, I was able to pick the way the shower would look.
I'm happy with the shower, but the process of getting it done and supplies were delayed by COVID.
I have had numerous people over to see the work and they are astonished with how great the work looks. I highly recommend this company. I did 12 bids and can’t say enough positive comments about GRC.

The end product is beautiful. They were timely and had a hardworking crew.
The crew arrived and began work by carefully laying down plastic mats wherever they would be walking. I remained downstairs so did not see the actual installation; however, the crew worked quickly and had the installation completed in the time specified.
The bathtub does not fill or heat up completely. The tub is always cold and insufficient.
It's so great, a few of our friends have come over to look at the project!

Michael (owner) and partner are very responsible, hard working, meticulous about the work they do, courteous, and friendly! It was a total pleasure doing business with GRC Prime Bath.
