Mark and Robert, and Andrew. Andrew approach was less sales and more informative. We liked that a lot. Mark from roofing was stellar. He got the roof done in one day and took care of everything. Robert on the Soffit and Aluminum wrapping he and his protege did was way above exceptions. Robert gave us a lot of confidence like Mark did in his workmanship and knowledge.

Avoid. Initial meeting was great. Rep was professional and knowledgeable. Team that showed up on the day was very different. Yard left a mess. Nails everywhere. Knocked our flue in two and left it. Extremely slow response to follow up calls when water started pouring in after a major storm. Not their problem. Also, check your itemized bill for errors.

Workmanship was shoddy. Nails all over the yard. Flue knocked out of place and left. Ice dams formed and caused leaking inside walls. No call back after a week. Ridiculous.
