hiring graves has been the worst experience. communication was terrible. the work done was shoddy, is not to code, and has failed inspections. these violations have not been addressed. windows were left removed from sills overnight with freezing temperatures. various things were damaged during construction and still have not been addressed. one of the managers I spoke with insisted I will never be happy and he thinks im just trying to get out of paying my bills. I found it very insulting. there is so much more to comment on, but lets just say I would advise anyone looking to work with Graves to run away as fast as possible.
