I went with Graboyes for our new front door because their prices were competitive and they focused on the little details when installing our new door. They fixed our lip, matched our hardwood trim on the inside, installed larger trim so we wouldn't have to repaint and reinstalled our security alarm and doorbell. We appreciate these details and the door looks beautiful.

Areas Of Satisfaction - It was a pleasure to speak with Marcia. She has a special way of presenting everything. She took her time with us. I can't say enough about her. She let us know everything that was going on and checked up on us. She kept in touch with us and let us know of any delays going on. I have listened to a lot of sales representatives and she is one of the very best. I really enjoyed working with everyone.

I was very disappointed about how Graboyes handled me as a customer. They made a mistake and made me pay for their mistake. It was all about the money with Graboyes. They did not value me as a customer. Im very unsatisfied with the finished job. My experience was terrible.
