I was disappointed that Gorilla Exteriors did not recommend replacing the entire porch roof, just 1/2 I was given square feet of repair, and evidently did not understand it was only 1/2 luckily I caught it and we did the entire porch roof
I've used Gorilla on a couple of projects. I plan on using them again in the future. As with any project, plan all aspects and discuss, and there should be no issues.
Areas Of Satisfaction - The installation crew was excellent, the overall project and the office staff had good communication process.
Additional Comments - We had a big job to get done in a short amount of time and the Crew was able to get it done and done well. After all is said and done nice job. We get lots of compliments on the work that the team at Gorilla has done on my house.

The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5.
