I was very impressed with the response to the leak after the install and the overall service.

Project was completed in a timely manner and work crew cleaned up the worksite when they were done. The disruption to our lives while the work was going on was minimal. The crew were friendly and accommodating. So far, the roof seems to be holding.

The crew was professional and cleaned up nicely. Not a lot of debris was left behind. Matt, the project manager, was overworked and short two guys. The foreman was great, and the salesperson Zach was why I picked Goliath. I hit it off with him right away, and I had the companies come and give me estimates, and I did not like them.

Unfortunately while the sales folks that sold us the service quit the company and it was not smooth the transfer to the new sales folks. Nothing against the project manager he was amazing and did a great job, but just the diaconnect from the original guys was a bit painful.

Good communication. Everyone very professional in appearance and demeanor.

I'm not a roofer but i don't like how mine looks it's not laying flat when i asked the foreman on the crew he said it takes two weeks the superintendent for goliath said two months it's been five months still looks the same

They helped me thru the process of collecting photos to send to the insurance. They were prompt and answered all my questions. I have already recommended them to two friends.

Chris from Goliath was very good at keeping in contact with us every step of the way. When there was an issue, he called me right away and let me know what was going to happen. He was very good at keeping in touch.

I liked the personal suggestions and help with making color/style selections as I am not too familiar with making these kinds of decisions. I also appreciated the good communication on all steps of the projects progress . Cody was wonderful working with me on payment scheduling etc.

Chris, the guy who was over the job, was great. Goliath Roofing Inc did a great job.

The professional employees and quality of their work is far superior than others that I have hired in the past. It is (Refreshing).

From start to finish, these guys were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and enjoyable to work with. Our salesman, Tripp, explained the situation we were dealing with and walked us through the entire process and how things would go, and (looking back) everything went exactly as explained.

After agreeing to the very straightforward terms and conditions (also explained very clearly), they worked with us to schedule the job for a time that worked best for us. Although they experienced some delays beyond their control, they went above and beyond to still finish the job on time....and with everything 100% complete and cleaned up behind them. Thanks to Matt, our production manager, for the constant contact throughout the job and keeping everyone safe!

Even down to the final step and billing department, Connor was available for questions and easy to work with.

A knowledgeable company from what I could discern from my contact with their employees. All concerned were helpful from office staff ,sales, managers and crew.

I haven’t had a roof replaced but I’m sure there are more professional contractors out there.

They were absolutely fabulous from the first time I reached out to Jay. He was the field supervisor. I called on Saturday morning and he was here that afternoon. He walked me through every step of the way and helped with the insurance. He met with the adjuster. Chris oversaw the job. Matt is who I talked to on the phone. They were great guys and came highly recommended to me. I think that speaks loads for their quality, service, and professionalism.

They worked with insurance and got my claim accepted, after l had been trying for a while with no success.
